Target Distinction Capricorn 23g Darts Review

They cost £33.98.  They are 90% tungsten and come in the usual Target box packaging with the see through windows front and back.

They are a very distinctive looking dart with the gold and black Ti Nitride coatings, I guess that where the name comes from. There is a small natural tungsten section in the middle. They come with short Target Pro Grip Shafts and Target Vision Standard Shape flights.

As you can see in the close up pic below there is 2 styles of grip. At the front is a thin square cut ring grip which is cut quite shallow and is a low level grip. At the back it is slightly grippier and a similar style to a Purist grip but not as aggressive. The coating does enhance the feel of the grip though. I held them at the front and it felt kind of sticky to me.

My grip with these darts:

These darts are great looking and I liked the feel of the grip mainly because of the gold ti coating, although its only a low level grip I found it to be sticking to my fingers well. The darts are straight barrelled but felt front heavy to me which is fine for me as I hold the darts at the front.

Overall I think these are very nice darts indeed: 5/5Big Grin
